For parents running on 4 hours of broken sleep

Your baby can sleep through the night.
The plan takes 14 nights.

You've read the blogs, asked the group chat, tried "just wait it out." You're still up at 1am, 3am and 4:45. Baby Sleep Rescue is the step-by-step plan that ends the night shift — with three methods to choose from, including a gentle, stay-in-the-room option. You pick how gentle. It works either way.

If this is you

It's 3:07am and you're rocking a baby. Again.

You love this baby more than your own life. And you are so, so tired. Both things are true — and only one of them has to change.

The night shift nobody warned you about.
1

You've been up three times already tonight, and the 5am waking is coming like a train you can see from miles away.

2

Bedtime takes an hour of rocking, nursing or bouncing — and one wrong move during the put-down resets the whole thing.

3

You're googling "is it normal" at 3am, reading seventeen contradictory blogs while the baby cries in your other arm.

4

You and your partner keep score of who slept less — and snap at each other over things that aren't really about the dishes.

5

You can't remember your last full night of sleep. You function at work on caffeine and willpower, and it's starting to show.

6

And the quiet fear underneath it all: "What if this is just… how it is now?" It isn't. Sleep is a skill — and skills can be taught.

The part nobody says out loud

"They'll grow out of it" is costing you more than sleep.

Some babies do grow out of it — at two, or three, or four years old. That's hundreds more broken nights. Here's what those nights actually cost:

Your healthChronic sleep deprivation is linked to anxiety, depression, weakened immunity and a fog that makes every day harder. Parental sleep loss isn't a badge of honor — it's a health issue.
Your marriageExhausted couples fight more and connect less. The 2am resentment math ("I did the last THREE wakings") leaks into every other part of the relationship.
Your babyBabies need consolidated sleep for brain development, mood and growth — a baby waking 6 times a night isn't getting it either. Teaching sleep is a gift to them, not just to you.
Another month of thisThe plan takes 14 nights. Waiting takes… as long as it takes. Every week you wait is 7 more nights exactly like last night.

What night 14 feels like

★★★★★

"Night 6 she slept 11 hours straight for the first time in her life. I woke up in a panic and checked the monitor four times. Then I cried. Then I slept."

Amanda · mom of a 9-month-old
★★★★★

"We picked the gentle lane because I couldn't handle crying. Took us 11 nights instead of 5 — worth every single one. He goes down awake now and we hear him babble himself to sleep."

Jess & Marco · 7-month-old
★★★★★

"The Rescue Cards alone are worth $39. 3am, baby standing in the crib screaming, I opened the exact card for that exact thing and just… did what it said. It worked."

Priya · 13-month-old
★★★★★

"I was the skeptic husband. The baseline log shut me up — night 1 we were up 7 times. Night 10: once, for a feed. My wife was right."

Dan · twin boys, 8 months

The truth that changes everything

Your baby isn't a bad sleeper. Nobody taught them yet.

Every baby — yours included — surfaces between sleep cycles all night long. The babies who "sleep through" aren't magic: they simply know how to fall back asleep without help, because they fell asleep without help in the first place.

A baby who falls asleep nursing, rocking or held wakes up 45 minutes later somewhere different from where they fell asleep — and calls for room service. Not hunger. Not a disorder. A misunderstanding. And misunderstandings can be fixed: gently, safely, in about two weeks, at any age from 4 to 24 months.

What you'll discover inside

A few of the things that change everything

🔓

Why "drowsy but awake" is a trap that's been sabotaging you — and the one-word change that fixes it (Night 3).

🔓

The 3-minute pause that makes half your night wakings resolve themselves — most parents rush in and accidentally wake the baby up the rest of the way.

🔓

Why baby wakes exactly 45 minutes after bedtime — and the bedtime fix that kills that waking within a week.

🔓

The 2-Night Rule that protects everything you've built through teething, colds and vacations — one sentence, saves the whole program.

🔓

How to tell real hunger from habit feeding in 3 nights flat — so you never night-wean a genuinely hungry baby, and never feed a habit at 2am again.

🔓

The 5am waking fix — why early waking is the "last boss," and the dawn audit that solves what bedtime changes can't.

Where this takes you

Picture your house, two weeks from tonight

Bedtime takes 20 minutes — routine, kiss, cue phrase, door. No rocking marathon, no held-breath put-down.
The night is yours again — dinner together, a show, a conversation, sleep. Remember those?
Your baby wakes up rested and happy — because consolidated sleep is as good for their brain as it is for your sanity.
You stop dreading 7pm — and stop keeping score at 3am, because there's nothing to keep score about.
You know what to do when things wobble — regressions, teething, travel: there's a card for that, forever.

Start tonight

Less than one night of babysitting

A sleep consultant runs $300–600. A night nanny: $250 a night. A pediatric sleep clinic: don't ask. This is $39, once — for the same evidence-based playbook, personalized to your baby, yours forever.

Questions

Honest answers

Is this "cry it out"?
No — it's three lanes and you choose. The gentlest lane keeps you in the room the whole time, soothing your baby with your voice and touch. The middle lane uses short, timed check-ins. The slowest lane involves no timed crying at all. All three teach the same skill; they differ only in speed and how much crying you're willing to coach through. The quiz recommends a lane based on your baby and your limits.
Is it safe? Will training harm my baby or our bond?
The program follows AAP safe-sleep guidance on every page (back to sleep, bare crib, no bed-sharing). On the emotional side: behavioral sleep teaching is one of the most-studied topics in pediatric sleep, and studies consistently find no harm to attachment, stress or development — and meaningful benefits for infant sleep and parental mental health. Loving, responsive days plus consistent nights is the combination — and that's exactly what we teach.
What ages does it work for?
4 to 24 months. Under 4 months is too young for formal training (we tell you so, and what to do instead — the foundations still help). Past 24 months most of it still applies, and the toddler guide covers up to the crib-to-bed transition.
My baby still needs night feeds. Does this still work?
Yes — the program never starves a baby. Night feeds your baby genuinely needs are built into the plan (and we show you how to tell hunger from habit). Feed decisions are flagged to confirm with your pediatrician. Babies who keep night feeds still learn to fall asleep alone and stop the non-hunger wakings.
How fast will I see results?
Most parents see the first big win — faster bedtime or the first long stretch — between nights 3 and 6. Determined temperaments and the gentlest lane take longer (that's the trade you chose, and it's a fine trade). The full plan is 14 nights; the guarantee gives you 30.
We have twins / share a room / live in an apartment. Will it work?
Yes — there are Rescue Cards for exactly those situations (room-sharing with parents, sibling rooms, thin walls and the neighbor problem, daycare naps, travel). The method lanes work in every living situation; the cards adapt the details.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $39, lifetime access, including updates. Come back for regressions, the toddler phase, or baby number two.

Two weeks from tonight, this is either fixed — or it isn't.

If you close this page, tonight goes like last night, and next month looks like this one — that's the version that happens by default. Or you spend $39, do the room makeover tonight, and start the 14 nights that give you your evenings, your sleep and your sanity back. Your baby is ready to learn this. The plan is right here.
